Eric is a licensed real estate broker and state certified residential appraiser in Texas. Eric is a native Texan that has worked in real estate since 1994. With an extensive background in real estate valuation, he provides buyers and sellers with the tools and information necessary to get the most out of their real estate ventures. Eric is dedicated to serving each individual with honesty and integrity. He is focused on getting results in the most efficient way possible with a "no nonsense" approach. He is the one to call when you want the job done right. Eric has handled real estate transactions in Harris and multiple surrounding counties. In his free time, Eric enjoys spending time with family and enjoying the outdoors.

Jonathan graduated from Abilene Christian University, double majoring in Accounting and Finance. He carries a concrete attention to detail - from listing to closing.

Jonathan currently resides in Fayette County. He is involved at his church and enjoys driving the backroads in his '73 Ford.
